C++ SW Coordinator

SENSIA Solutions (2008) is a leading company in the infrared (IR) imaging market that designs, manufactures and sells AI-based cameras mainly for gas detection and quantification and flame detection. Our technology covers industrial, environmental, safety and security applications. We are currently looking for a profile to join our Software Team.
Tus tareas
  • Lead a small team of C++ developers in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle from conception through implementation and support.
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure deadlines and technical objectives are met.
  • Work closely with other departments (QA, Product, Design) to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure best programming practices and correct implementation of solutions.
  • Encourage the technical growth of the team through mentoring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Manage internal and external team communications to facilitate collaboration and problem solving.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools to optimize team efficiency.
  • Actively participate in planning, providing technical solutions, and resolving complex issues as needed.
Tu perfil
  • Proven experience in C++ development (5 or more years of experience).
  • Previous experience leading development teams or coordinating projects.
  • Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and propose efficient solutions.
  • Proactivity and a collaborative attitude are required to foster a positive work environment and continuous learning.
