R&D Project Manager

SENSIA Solutions (2008) is a leading company in the infrared (IR) imaging market that designs, manufactures and sells AI-based cameras mainly for gas detection and quantification and flame detection. Our technology covers industrial, environmental, safety and security applications. We are currently looking for a junior profile to join our Strategy Team.
Tus tareas
  • Project coordination: Lead the planning, execution and completion of R&D projects, including national and international projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines and budgets.
  • Consortium management: Act as the main point of contact for coordination between all project partners, including research organizations, universities, private companies and government agencies.
  • Internal liaison: Work closely with SENSIA's technical and financial departments to ensure proper alignment and execution of project activities.
  • Monitoring and control: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure proper documentation and make the necessary follow-up reports to the funding agencies.
  • Risk management: Identify potential project risks, implement contingency plans and ensure effective communication to stakeholders.
Tu perfil
  • Minimum of 5 years managing R&D, international and national projects, preferably in industrial or advanced technology sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Business Administration or related field & Master's degree in Project Management are an asset.
  • Experience in working with European and national funds, with knowledge of the associated regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and knowledge of project financial management.
  • Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Problem solving and decision making under pressure.
  • Willing to travel.
  • English C1.
